We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

2. Products & Pricing

All prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Aagordrip may change prices or discontinue products at any time without notice.
Product images are illustrative. Minor variations in appearance may occur.

3. Orders & Payments

Placing an order does not constitute a confirmed sale until dispatch.
Aagordrip may cancel any order at any stage, with a refund issued for the cancelled portion.
Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in account restrictions.

4. Cancellations

Cancellation requests before dispatch may be entertained at our discretion. Cancellations after dispatch are not possible.

5. Intellectual Property

All brand assets, designs, and content on this Site are the exclusive property of Aagordrip. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

Aagordrip's total liability shall not exceed the value of the specific order in question.

7. Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith communication. Unresolved disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Assam, India.
