We care about your experience with Aagordrip. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

Eligibility for Returns

Return and refund requests are reviewed entirely at the sole discretion of Aagordrip. To be considered, the following conditions must generally be met:

The request must be raised within a reasonable period from the delivery date as recorded by the courier.
The item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
A valid proof of purchase (order number) must be provided.
The item must not fall under any non-returnable category listed below.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are generally not eligible for return or refund:

Items purchased during sale, promotional events, or with discount codes.
Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
Items where original tags have been removed.
Requests that do not meet our evaluation criteria at the time of review.

How Returns Are Processed

All requests must be submitted to support@aagordrip.in with your order number, item details, and reason. Submission does not guarantee approval. Aagordrip reserves the right to accept or decline any request based on item condition and policy compliance.

Upon approval, return shipping instructions will be provided. Aagordrip is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within a reasonable timeframe after the returned item is received and verified. Shipping fees, payment gateway charges, and COD handling fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us promptly with photographic evidence. Aagordrip will assess such claims and, where valid, arrange a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
