Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment confirmation. Processing times may vary based on order volume, product availability, and operational factors. Aagordrip does not guarantee dispatch on any specific date.

Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our courier partners and are subject to change. Aagordrip is not liable for any delays caused by courier operations, weather conditions, natural events, or public holidays. Delivery to certain pin codes or regions may take longer than standard estimates.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable. Free shipping thresholds, where offered, are subject to change without prior notice.

Tracking

A tracking number will be shared once your order is dispatched. Aagordrip is not responsible for delays in tracking updates by the courier.

Undelivered Packages

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept, re-delivery will be subject to additional charges. COD orders refused at delivery may result in restrictions on future COD eligibility.

Liability

Aagordrip's liability in relation to shipping is limited to the order value. We are not liable for indirect losses or inconvenience caused by delivery delays.
